Our latest performance review video, Performance Review: Code Red, has been shortlisted for Best Learning and Development Film by the IVCA awards (International Visual Communications Association).
The prestigious IVCA awards celebrate all that is good within the corporate communication sector. There are 25 categories which recognise excellence in communication through film, digital communication and live events.
Performance Review: Code Red was produced by Video Arts in 2013 to help managers improve employee performance by illustrating a practical approach to difficult performance review meetings.
