“We are thrilled that the first products from our Essentials series have been so well received by our clients, and now by the WorldMediaFestival. We at Video Arts wanted the Essentials series to deliver swift, concise learning in the form of micro-learning videos that are accessible, relevant and rewarding. This achievement reinforces to us that our approach is delivering highly effective and compelling learning!” says Video Arts CEO, Martin Addison.

The Management Essentials is compiled of 34 must-have skills for managing people and teams (including recruiting, motivation, coaching and leadership) and was credited in the Corporate TV: Learning category. The Workplace Essentials include 36 learning points to help every employee succeed in the workplace (including meetings, negotiation, dealing with colleagues and time management), and was recognised in the Training: Learning Programmes category.

The third instalment in the Essentials series will be the Customer Service Essentials which will be launched in Summer 2015.
